Update Notes

Added NBT-based fish bounties for the Bounty Board.

Some bounties can now require fish with specific attributes, such as weight, strength, stamina, perception, or luck. Players will need to check the full requirements on the Bounty Scroll before submitting.

Added 3 new utility items: Gem Compass, Sea Shanty Harmonica, and Treasure Map.

The Gem Compass helps locate bounty target fish. The Sea Shanty Harmonica can call nearby biome-based mod fish in suitable waters. The Treasure Map can generate and mark treasure locations in the Overworld.

Adjusted most reward pools, including bounty rewards, treasure rewards, and several item-related loot pools.
