Additions
- Radiation poisoning, it gives you negative effects and eventually kills you
- Golden Beetroot has a 10% chance to remove radiation poisoning
- Golden Beetroot Soup has a 100% chance to remove radiation poisoning

Changes
- Atomic bomb now gives radiation to everyone in close proximity, ensuring that if you some how survive the explosion, it won't be for long
