BiblioCraft Legacy (Expanded)

Initial Port to 1.16.5

had to replace some things as some things didnt exist, replaced the animated parts in the clocks with gold instead of copper. had to replace the top of the printing presses with gold instead of copper and had to change up the lanters since candles didnt exist the candle model now using its coressponding wool textures so it still looks the same. Updated crafting recipes to match. Other than that just a plain old backport
