Guess I had to upload this eventually, it's been sitting on my hard drive for like a month, does a few things:

1) Aspectrus can be planted/farmed with Dispensers

 

2) Few internal changes to help with an addon for this mod that DOES use mixins and fixes a few bugs I couldn't without mixins

 

3) fixed a rail bug i found that caused it to not get powered by scabyst

 

that's basically it
