Better Statistics Screen

Added "Goals", a client-sided feature that allows people to define custom milestones that track their progress toward specific statistical targets. Still in an experimental phase. Example of a goal; "Mine 64 Stone".

The feature is unfinished and thus not exposed unless explicitly enabled in this mod's "Settings". When or if this feature will ever be complete, is unclear at this time, though feedback is welcome!
