What's new

Important This contains a breaking config change. This now uses my new reward config format so all old configs will be broken.

Changes: > Updates rewards sections to use the new config format (<https://github.com/EnvyWare/API/wiki/Rewards/>) > Adds %dex% to the ranks UI
