Fixes and Tweaks:
- Tinted Glass: Now placeable on FramedBlocks by Adding Glass and Frameable tags; Skylight now passes through, allowing solar‑panel‑like blocks to function properly.
- CTM blocks no longer disconnect when powered by redstone; only the CTM Toggle Tool can toggle connectivity
- Color Changer Tool: Line & Area modes now use occlusion‑aware flood fill, they only affect visible same‑family blocks and stop at obstacles.
- Replacer Tool: No more “Unknown” mode, and block swaps are now silent
