Ported almost the stuff from the MVS V1.13 to MVS Backport

Other Changes:
The Amytist Ore needs now minimum a Iron Pickaxe and drops now with silk touch!
The Flint and Amytist can now be used as Flint and Steel!

Known bugs:
The Rendering on the dragon armor can be buggy!
