Better Steel Dusts

Adds a simple way to craft dusts, instead of in other mods where you have to wait 10-20 seconds to get a dust.

I recommend using JEI (or something like it) for the recipes.

This is a addon mod for Better Steel Production, (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/better-steel-production) so unless you have another mod that uses the "forge:types/crusher" tag you wont be able to craft the duster.
