White Spider
Similar to vanilla Spiders but they are smaller and faster
Bone Spider
Bigger spiders with a little of knockback resistance
Iron Spider
Stronger spider but slower. It has 35 pts of health and 100% knockback resistance. You can summon them with iron spider block and a carved pumpkin, summoned spiders will protect you (but not follow) and also will have more health pts. These spiders can oxidize but you can use honeycomb and axes like you use on copper blocks.

Ender Spider
These spiders act like endermans but with lower health and a special ability, sometimes they can summon clones with half of their health.
Endstone Spider
These spiders can spawn naturally on the end dimension. (For the moment they act like common spiders)
Mechanical Spider
It's the most complicated spider. Supposed to be a boss (but isn't finished)
