Fixed Bountiful's Bounty Board chance always being 73% instead of using the config value is availlable

Fixed a visual desync with Better Snow Villages' Enchanted Books

Better Snow Village Resource Pack Components will now try to generate a pillar of blocks under them like how other Village structures would generate cobblestone and dirt under them.

Fixed Snow Layers not being replaced by the pillar of blocks.

Removed the y0 set airblocks in Sheep Pen, Small House 5, and Small House 8 so that they blend into the terrain better.

Changed what Snow Village Paths can be made out of: Wood Plank -> Packed Ice, Gravel -> Frozen Gravel, Cobble Stone -> Frozen Cobblestone
