Description
Better Player Respawn is an improved approach to player respawn. The mod adds a new block to the game - Better Bed (in 2 variants - normal and durable). This is a durable block, respawning on which is possible even after the block is destroyed.
Another block is Traveler's Anchor. It cannot be obtained in survival, and it does not spawn in the world by default (it is assumed that modpack developers implement its generation in the world). It can be used as a temporary respawn point away from home.
After death, player has a choice: to respawn at the home point, at the traveler's anchor or at the world spawn. If player already has a home point, the number of respawns at other points will be limited (by default - 5 respawns in a row). The limit will be reset if you respawn once at the home point. If player does not have a home point, you can respawn at the world spawn without a limit, but respawning at the traveler's anchor will be limited.
This mod remains on 1.12.2. Requests to port it to any other version will be ignored.
