Better Ping Display

Displays ping in milliseconds in the player list in a configurable way
What's new
- Refactored mod to use mixins instead of overriding the player list rendering, increasing compatibility with other mods
- The ping bars are now hidden by default (can be changed in the config file)
- The ping text is now auto-colored based on the latency value (can be changed in the config file)
