Better Oceans and deserts

This mod generates aquatic structures in various oceans. These structures increase the chance to find coral, fish, seagrass, and sugarcane. These corals provide a much better habitat for fish(a fish spawner). These structures also liven up deserts, as they will have eroded areas.
