Add in-game configuration menu to allow the control of mobGriefing default values.

  • In-game configuration can now be accessed via the Forge mod menu.
  • Global rule "mobGriefing" default value now applied for any new worlds created.
  • Entity rule default values are applied to any new worlds and also any existing worlds for which the rule does not already exist.
  • Additional entities can be added to the configuration file manually (/config/bettermobgriefinggamerule.cfg) and can then be handled through the in-game menu.
