Adds faster ladder variants to the game

Description

Note this is a continuation of this seemlying abandoned project.

This mod adds:

3D ladders models (like this one on mod icon)
4 New ladder types
Changeable (in config) ladder speed

New ladder types:

Iron - 1.5 times faster than wooden
Gold - 2 times faster than wooden
Diamond - 2.5 times faster than wooden
Netherite - 3 times faster than wooden
