What's new

*Fixed compatibility issues with movement speed changing mods by now applying slowness/speed effects depending on hunger.

*Added new gamerules. HungerSlowness, toggles whether the slowness effect is applied while starving. Default is on. HungerSwift, toggles whether the speed effect is applied while sprinting, while having the Well-Fed effect.
