Horses can now have configurable natural regen (MISC_HORSE_REGENERATION)
Horses can now optionally drain the player's hunger (MISC_EXHAUSTION_MOVING & MISC_EXHAUSTION_SPRINTING), disabled by default
Horses can now optionally drain the player's thirst if SimpleDifficulty is installed (MISC_SIMPLEDIFFICULTY_SUPPORT, MISC_THIRST_MOVING, & MISC_THIRST_SPRINTING), disabled by default
Horses will hopefully no longer spin in circles on occasion.
