Better controls and movement when riding Happy Ghasts, especially for building. Makes it feel more like creative flight.

What's new
- Feature: Added keybind to Open Config from in-game (unbound by default).
- Feature: Updated FOV while boosting to feel more like sprinting/creative boosting.
- Fix: Fractional min and max settings are now applied correctly to the client config menu.
- Fix: Smooth glide now resets velocity after dismount/remount.
- Fix: Keybind for Descend changed from Left Ctrl to Unassigned by default to prevent conflicts with Speed Boost (which uses the Sprint key).
- Feature: Added a separate setting to use the existing Sneak keybind to Descend (for better controller support).
- Feature: Added config option to double-tap to dismount. Turned on by default (as Sneak is also descend by default).
- Feature: Added config option to set double-tap to dismount time window (in ticks).
- Feature: Updated message displayed when mounting a happy ghast to state whether double press is required to dismount.
- Feature: Updated speed boost to activate when double-tapping forward (if the Minecraft sprint window option is enabled).
- Feature: Added Boost Rate multiplier to config options, 2x by default.
- Fix: Updated speed boost to stay activated until releasing the forward key, rather than requiring to hold.
- Fix: Leading a happy ghast while roaming is disabled now allows it to be moved.
- Fix: Player suffocation in walls while riding ghasts at smaller scales.
- Feature: Increased default max speed to 200% when no server-side mod is installed.
