Better End Crystal Recipe

Changes the End Crystal recipe to use a Respawn Anchor, rather than an Eye of Ender.

Description

This mod changes the End Crystal recipe to be easier to craft for modpacks where Eyes of Ender are harder to obtain.

Using a Respawn Anchor instead of and Eye of Ender, crafting End Crystals is still challenging, but easier to get than Eyes.
