4.0:
- Introduce smart player chunkloading areas, adjusting to their movement speed, in favor of old lazy loading area
- Add feature to prevent players from entering unloaded areas on serverside, leading to lagspikes forcing the server to wait on that chunk
- Replaced a bunch of coremodding with tickets instead, making the mod much more compatible
- Chunk loading performance overall should be decently improved
