Bread now has to rise before it can be baked in a furnace.
Adds a new dough block that has to sit and rise.
Bread on top of a lit furnace rises faster.
Config options to change rise time and rise rate, with more to come.
Hwyla and TOP integration.

-Mixing Bowl
--Add a wheat and a bucket of water to the bowl and mix the dough with right click
--Bread can be placed with shift right click(warning this is buggy and can destroy the block above if placed on a slab)
--Mixing bowl "wheat" ingredient can be changed in the config. Use the format modid:item or modid:item:meta as needed.
---This will not work with the meta wildcard operator (*).
