Better Boats

Downgrading from release to Beta due to issue in multiplayer servers where maps are frozen while in boat for all except 1 player.
-Temporary fix while issue is being worked on: affected players should carry a second copy of map in their inventory while in the boat. This should force the map in the boat to update as you go.

-Additionally, this can cause a map left in a boat to be appear blank upon rejoining the server. As a temporary fix: simply take the map out, look at it, and put it back in to clear this.
