Benitoite Tools & Armor

This mod introduces Benitoite ore to Minecraft. Players can mine this rare mineral to craft tools, armor (including horse armor), and a specialized 3×3×1 hammer for wide-area mining. The Benitoite gear surpasses Netherite.

Benitoite Mod v1.0 - Initial Release
Minecraft 1.21 (Forge)

Added:

  • Benitoite Ore generation in stone and deepslate layers (Y-levels 0 to 32).

  • Raw Benitoite Block and polished Benitoite Block for storage/decoration.

  • Benitoite Gems obtained by smelting Benitoite Ore.

  • Full tool/armor set (sword, pickaxe, axe, shovel, hoe, helmet, chestplate, leggings, boots, horse armor) crafted with Benitoite Gems.

    • Stats: Stronger than netherite tools/armor (higher durability, attack damage, and mining speed).

  • Benitoite Hammer (3×3×1 area mining tool) for breaking pickaxe-mineable blocks.

Mining:

  • Benitoite Ore requires at least a diamond pickaxe to mine.

Notes:

  • This is the mod’s first public release!

  • No dependencies required—just Forge and Minecraft 1.21.
