Chests are no longer found in the manila room on Level 0; instead, items can now be found lying on tables
The power generator explosion system on Level 3 has been improved
Pipes leaking black sludge now appear on Level 3. Prolonged exposure near them causes harmful effects due to toxic fumes
Locked doors requiring a lockpick to open can now be found on Level 3
Password notes for the code-locked door on Level 13 may now be written in invisible ink, requiring iodine solution to read
Doorknobs can now be broken off from doors using an axe and recycled into planks
New items: Pushpin and Rusty Nail – cause damage when picked up and can be converted into iron
New item: Bitumen – can be converted into cobblestone
New item: Ruler – can be converted into planks
New item: Calculator – displays the total count of the item held in hand within the inventory
New item: Dry Ration – food with three uses
New item: Moldy Bread – food that applies nausea and occasionally hunger effects
New item: Lighter – functions like a flashlight to illuminate areas but cannot be recharged with batteries
New item: Bolt Cutter – allows unlocking locked doors without going through the lockpicking mini-game
New item: Bouquet – can be dismantled into random flowers
New item: Rake – can pull items toward the player and can also be used as a weapon with long attack range
