This mod introduces a deep, complex system of bee breeding, specialized machinery, and powerful upgrades, allowing you to build a buzzing empire that works for you.

Discover, collect, and breed dozens of unique bee species, each with its own purpose and abilities. Put your bees to work in advanced apiaries to generate resources, or assign them to a Beepost to have them actively farm, mine, and even defend your base in the world.

A World of Bees

Bee Industry is built around a vast ecosystem of new bee species, categorized for different tasks:

• Resource Bees: From common materials like Dirt and Stone to valuable minerals like Iron, Gold, and even Diamonds, these bees generate resources through a unique production cycle.
• Worker Bees: These are the heart of your automation empire.
  • The Farming Bee will intelligently find, harvest, and replant mature crops in a defined area around its Beepost.
  • The Mining Bee acts as an automated drone, seeking out and breaking blocks like stone and gravel in the world.
  • The Fighting Bee is a loyal defender, patrolling the area around its Beepost and automatically engaging any hostile monsters that appear.
• Specialty Bees: Discover unique bees with amazing abilities, like the large, friendly Ridable Bee that you can use as your own personal flying mount!

Advanced Machinery

Your new bees require new technology. This mod introduces two core machines:

• The Advanced Beehive: A sophisticated production block for your Resource Bees. Place a bee inside, provide it with the block it needs to "pollinate", and it will begin generating resources. This machine can be enhanced with:
  • Efficiency Upgrades: To speed up the production cycle.
  • Quantity Upgrades: For a chance to produce bonus items with each cycle.
• The Beepost: The command center for your Worker Bees. This highly configurable block allows you to assign up to three bees to work in the world. Its detailed GUI gives you full control:
  • Activate or deactivate individual bees.
  • Assign bee-specific upgrades to enhance their performance.
  • Install block-wide upgrades to increase a bee's operational range.

Deep Customization & Progression

• Breeding & Mutations: Discover new species not by finding them, but by breeding them! Our data-driven breeding system allows for complex cross-breeding and mutation paths. Can you figure out how to breed a Gold Bee from an Iron Bee?
• Beekeeper's Armor: Craft a special set of armor that not only protects you but also grants unique, bee-related bonuses, such as pacifying bees and enhancing your interactions with the world.
• Charms & Upgrades: Craft a variety of charms and upgrades to supercharge your operation. Use a Night Charm to make your bees work through the night, or a Range Upgrade to expand the reach of your Beepost workers.

Your journey begins in the wild. Look for naturally spawning Nests made of Dirt, Stone, Sand, or Gravel. These nests are your key to acquiring your very first bees. Use a Bee Smoker to coax the bee out, capture it in a Bee Container, and begin your industrial revolution!
