Bedrock Stuff Update 18.0_27 (1.12.2)

In a short explanation (and things I forgot to note for the changelog), allmost of the stuff from the newer MC version are ported to the 1.12.2.

Bedrock Block Placeing:
In the 1.12.2, this feature supports now every vanilla log (kinda),
Every other block can now be placed but only "Stone" will be placed!

Lagacy Gap:
Ported the legacy gap effects from the 1.18.2+ to 1.12.2 and added this as a item (craftable with 1 dirt and 1 Enchanted Golden Apple)

All (current) Element blocks has been moved to all other Element blocks,
The 1.12 exclusive "Remover" has been moved from "Tools" to "Bedrock Stuff"

Bugfixes:
The Reactor Core Generates now the right amount obsidian and glowing obsidian when active,
The Bedrock Block Place Feature deletes not more Itemstacks in Creative Mode,
The Bedrock Block Place Feature checks now what for a block you have in the "main hand"
