Changed the cutoff values for temperature states

 

Previously:

    -40   Freezing

40-60   Cold

60-80   Neutral

80-100 Warm

100-     Burning

 

Currently:

 

    -50   Freezing

50-65   Cold

65-75   Neutral

75-90   Warm

90-       Burning

 

This makes extreme temperatures more likely, rather than needing to go into deserts or mountains to experience them
