Bed Craft and Beyond

This adds some basic work and separation for implementing a whitelist editing gui, so people can visually work with the frame registry instead of using all the commands.

The commands still work, but by typing "/bedcraftbeyond frames edit <TYPE>" you can see a proper list of what's registered. For now, only removing entries and resetting their whitelist back to default (all subtypes enabled.)

Use the new feature carefully. It's still very buggy. Remember, you can use ".. frames reload" and "..frames save" to keep your frame file updated for now.
