Bed Bugs

Adds some tools to kick the player when sleeping, fixing the vanilla bug of being stuck in a bed. Also adds chat persistence upon awakening.

Version 1.10.2 - 1.1.3:

Additions
- Added tooltip (with delayed appearance) to the kick button to explain its usage.
- Added server command to kick the player.

Changes
- Changed mod name to the simpler title of "Bed Bugs".
- Kick button only appears (after a very small delay) after you click the button to leave your bed (i.e. only when it's needed).
- Changed special handling for client-only/server-only/any combination of the two installs of this mod.
- Changed position of kick button.
- Lots of internal cleanup/comments added.
