Added:

• Weather in a bottle, new items that allow you to change the weather, they can be obtained with the witchcraft table

• Ore Dictionary compatibility for magic cauldron, now all logs should be able to become cursed wood

• Ore Dictionary entries & crafting recipes for all weeping wood blocks

Tweaks

-Made some changes to tribesmen AI to prevent them from wandering too far outside their villages

-Reduced the time that it takes for a cauldron to get filled with goop from strange fruit & added a config option for further customization

-Reduced Weeping tree's sapling drop chance
