Welcome to Battle Allay's!

 

 

In this mod you can join forces with special allays that will fight monsters for you!

there are also new re-worked vexes! (Don't worry, they don't clip through walls)

Whats new?

-New "landing spot", can be bought from allay keper. after defeting raids it can provide you with usefull items;

-New "Parachute" item, can be crafted with blue and purple wool, and also 2 string. can slow down your fall and make you land safely;

-New blocks: vex block, shadow vex block, fang block and royal block;

-New tipe of TNT called "VNT". explouds insteteniesly, and has a bigger range then normal TNT, but it has to be activated with redstone;

-New set of armor called "Ravager amror". can be crafted like netherite armor but insted of netherite ingot you have to use "Compact Horn Block";

-New "illager ruins", generate underground and can provite the player with some usefull stuff, they can also contain Vexlin spawners.

-New boss called "Elder Evoker", can spawn in a new structure called "illager bunker" that always spawns at 2000x, 0y, 2000z. he drops a new usefull item, but i'll let you figure out what it does;

-The Great Evoker has bean remuved;

-wisps will now only spawn in warped forests and sould sand vally's (they spawned in other biomes too)


-incresed max health of vex's statue

-new mob called "Void vex", spawns like other vex's and gives bad effects to his targets

-changed recepi for vexlin ingot

-new experimental block called "Vexlin Spawner" was added. if player right-clicks on it. the spawner will activate. it will spawn 5 waves of vex's, with the last wave having fenger vexes. afterwords, it will spawn 8 items as a reward, and go on cool down. player can right-click on it to activate it again or wait 5min. for it to be in "ready" stage, in which if player is 7 blocks away from it, it will activate.
for now the block can only be obtained in creative mode.

-illagers (besides evokers and vex's statue) now can't spawn vex's,


-the chance for a illager to spawn a vex's statue have bean redused

-smoll texture changes of allay flag, "illusionium" rune and vexlin war-axe

-debuffing the witch's speshial attack.

-2 new recepis- you can now duplicate allatyst with set allatyst in the midle, 4 lapis block at corners and the rest with illusioners mana, and if you put allatyst at the midle and surant it with glass bottles, you'll get 8 bottle's with wisp's

-crossbow allay/vex now shot slower, wile the wild allay shot's faster

-incresed chansed for overtaken outpost to spawn

just did some polishing, here's what's been changed and added

-Illusioner has been debuffed slitly


-New item called "Illusioner's Mana". can drop from illusioner, can be used to duplicate diament's/netherite/vexlin and also as a old rune


-new texture's for Vexpurge wepen's

-ubgrated friendly fire. now mob's tag "forge:allay" for serten cannot attack or be attacked by a non-monster entity (if you not monster we on same team)

What's new?

 

 

-new mob called "vex's statue", if something die's in range of 15 block's from it, it will gain a point. these point'shttps://media.forgecdn.net/attachments/thumbnails/751/514/310/172/vex_stuff.png it can convert into spawnig vex's.

 

-new drop's from ravager, evoker and vex's. they can be used for veriece thing's
what you can do with each item:
1- "Vex's stuff", you can use it to make "Vexlin Ingot's", and also are used in Old rune's
2-"Raveger Horn", can be used to make a "Horn block",  and also "Compact Horn block". they are also used in Old rune's.
3-"Fang", when you right click a block with it, the item will be consumed and a evoker fang will spawn on it. also there used in Old rune's.



-by know you must be wandering what are these old rune's. well, "Old rune" is a new item that has a chance to drop from illager's using magic (evoker, illuzioner, ext.). they drop Blank rune's, but combined in crafting menu withother item's, they can become one of 3:


"explex"


"terrafrom"


"carat-feg"


after right-clicking them, they will a tipe of spell, and will get a cooldown. you will have to figure aut on your own what are dose spell's.

 

-Witch's now have a new attack, they can become invizible and spawn a vex or 2. the invizibility won't last long, but the half of time the witch is invizible, you won't be albe to hit it. (besicly can't hit for half of inviz)

 

-new advancment's

 

-illusioner has been buffed

 

-The Great Evoker and his ravager now glow

 

-Crossbow Vex's have a chance to ride a vindicator




1.3.1- 1.19.2, 1.19.4

new thing's and bug fixes:


-allay flag wasn't possible to get in survival


-if allay's were following player with allay flag, they wouldn't leave there position even if they were targeting something. now they gonna kill it and come back to there spot

-gamerule's! like, a lot of theme. you can now customize a lot of thing's, and there will be more in future.

-there are the first advancement's!, i'll let you find theme yourself

-allay won't be able to damage anything that is not a monster (can be turn off in gamerule's)

 

there were report's of some other bug's, but i didn't manage to locate theme. if you had a bug were:


-allay's fly up into the sky upun spawn


- all the mobs stop doing things and you can't pick up items the xp orbs can't be collected .It doesen't let you save your world or closing minecraft so yo have to close minecraft manualy

for the new thing's:

 

-3 new tipe's of allay, that can be only bought from wandering traider


-the new wisp, wich is a baby version of allay! He spawn's in soul sand vally's and worped forest's and can be put into a bottle. If you bring it back to overworld (or end) after 5 minet's it will grow into a normal allay (this can be stoped by ametysting him)


-new "allay flag", which when hold, make's nearby allay's follow you arand (from 30 block away)


-the overtaken outpost now look's like an pillager outpost


-the evoker was buffet and there's even a boss varian of him, that is pretty much just a buff evoker riding buff ravager. the boss evoker drop's aditional loot, and olso...


-Allatysd, if you hold a wepen in you're off-hand and right click with this item, it will give the wepen a speshial enchantment, wich increes the damage dealt from it.

 

 

Before anything, just wanted to say that there's a lot of gamerule, that you can play arand with or turn off some stuff you don't like.

 

1- New Allays
there are 2 tipe's of allay's:


the figther's

Allay Swordsman

Max Health - 16

Melee Damage - 6

 

The most basic allay in the mod, but there has to be at least one soldier in the army, right?



Bell allay

Max Health - 27

Melee Damage - 4

armor - 4.5


he's the opposite of swordsman, dealing smoll amaut of damage and having smoll knockback, but being very tanky.



Crossbow Allay

Max Health - 12

Range Damage - [Insert arrow damage here]

 

The heavy crossbow makes this mob slow, but you must have support in the back of the field all times, and it's kinda cute :)



Protector Allay

Shield Durability - 15

Melee Damage - 1

 

The fastest among them all, acts like the shield to the group, at least until the shield breaks, becoming a Swordsman Allay to keep on battle!


Bookman allay

Max Health - 25

armor - 3.5
Melee Damage - 1

the stranght of this one is not the attak damege, but the  magic abilitis. hes attak's not only do a big amaut of knockback, but olso inflick bad effeck on the oponent. when the allay is attaked, he can fly up to the air, and after moment create 2-4 clones of allay swordman, that die in one hit.


Chest Allay

Chest Health - 10

armor - 4.5

Range Damage - [Insert arrow damage here]

 

A small Allay hidden inside a chest, protected from opponents, shoots arrows at enemies like an artillery piece that doesn't move, when the chest breaks an Allay Swordsman will emerge from within. you can also pick theme up and place theme somewere else (only work's with this one tho, cuse like, his in a chest still)
(bonuse: then you hit wandering traider, he will spawn a mad version of him, that dosen't spawn swordman and attak player.)

 
and

The Wild one's:

Wild allay
Max health- 20
damage [range]- 3

these allay went lost in a jungle. to survive, they tryed to look scary to scare away eny monster's. didn't work? trow at theme poisen dot's :)


Lush allay
Max health- 15
armor- 4
[poisen dot's damage]

let's say that the expedition to cave's didn't go well, and these allay were traped in lush cave's. So anyway, they started blasting poisen dot's...




Dripstone allay
Max health- 20
armor- 1
damage [range]- 6

the same deal as with the lush one's. but this time, in the dripstone cave. sadly, to defend thereself the arm of those allay were... overgrown with dripstone. but hey, at least they puck a punch!

 

 

2 - How to obtain theme

To get your new helpers you will need to talk to a new Allay keper, he will sell you Allays for cheap, but only the figther one's. You can also change an unemployed villager's profession by using a Noteblock as his workstation

As you can see the villager has a few different items in his shop, here's an explanation of theme:

Allay in chest

These items store each type of allay (there are 6 of these item's, of corse!), different allays have different prices so keep an eye out in the most beneficial for you

Totem of Allay's

When right clicked the item will spawn a grup of allays to help you in the field, but caution, because after you use it the cooldown takes 50s to use again, and you can use it only 14 time's before it's destroyed

 

you can olso craft a better version of it called "ametysted totem of allay's", that spawn's more allay's but has 2min. cooldown. here's the recepi: 

 

 


Allay Flag

Allay are really usefull, but how can you get existing allay to change there position and follow you? that's were this Banner come in!


wile holding it, allay in 30 block's range will start following you, but not like animal's, but they have there set position so they don't run into eachoder

just remember: allay will follow you only, if there not targeting anything.

Landing Spot


last item is more usefull for mid-game stuff. it works like this: by walking up to it with the "hero of the village" effect, the landing spot will send you an "allay gift" but also remove the effect. inside it can be more tipical things like ingots, nuggets or other useful things from the vanila minecraft and the mod, but also you can get from it a uniqe item called "Amethyst Wand", opon right-click it will heal your health to max, but you can only use it 3 times before it breaks.
the amoud of allay gifts depends on the level of the effect so level 1 gives you 1 gift and level 3 gives you 3. ofcorse to get the effect, you need to defeat a raid.

 

 


But, how do you get the Wild Allay's?
well, from the wandering traider :)


but there is one last thing:

Wisp
Max health- 5

these litle fellas are baby allay's!

They spawn naturally, but not in some nice biome's, but in soulsand vally's and worped forest's.

(they didn't do anything bad, there traped here)

you can actually put them in the bottle and take theme to a new location!
Why? well, if the wisp is no longer in nether, after 5 minet's he will grow to a normal allay (this can be stoped by right-clicking him with ametyst)

 

3- Ametysting and lazuring.

 

allay are pretty strong, but sometime's they need some help. 

 

by right clicking allay's with ametyst you can make theme ametysted

when ametysted mob dies, he's reborn like with a totem of undying.

 

allay also have a chanse to become ametysted, by killing mob's.

 

by right clicking allay with a lapis lazuryt, he will heal 5hp

 

4 -  illager's and Vex's change's

 

The vanilla vex got replaced by a nerfed version that can't clip through walls and fly away from you just to make a surprise attack on you.

 

Vexes also have Swordsman and Crossbow variants but they are similar to their allays counterpart. you only need to know that crossbow vex's can hop on vindicater's.

 

The rest of the vex's:

Fanger Vex

Max Health - 20

Melee Damage - 4

Knockback - 2.1

 

Created by Evokers, these little pests are strong and small, therefore difficult to fight, they are also capable of creating Evoker Fangs at the player's feet as an attack



Shadow Vex

Max Health - 16

Melee Attack - 4

Knockback - 2.1

 

Masters of the arts of shadows, these little creatures even looking normal, after their death create 3-5 clones of themselves. but they are easily defeated with just 1 hit. (but they still puck a punch though)


void vex

Max Health - 18

Melee Attack - 1

Knockback - 2

void vex is as fast as crossbow vex (aka not very fast), but he has pretty strong trick up his sleave: if he manages to attack something, the entity will be weaken for some time, allowing other vexs to have a easier job with it.
thus, void vex is more of a soport unit.

 


there is also this 

Vex's Statue
Hp- 50
armor- 10

this "guy" is uniqe- if a mob die's near it (in 15x15 block area) the statue will gain a 
P  O   I   N   T
.
it can converte these P  O   I   N   T   '   S   into spawing vex's. (1 spawn = 1 point. and also 1 spawn = {1,2,3} vex's for math guy's)
so besicly a vex's spawner but more complex.

also pillager's can spawn it. it doesn't spawn naturaly


5 - Structures (and a boss)

 


Overtaken outpost
Have you ever noticed the presence of Allays in Pillagers Outposts? Now with the addition of Allays capable of protecting and attacking, it is possible to find outposts conquered by them, they do not contain loot but they are a great place for the player to protect themselves, and get Allays for free!

 



Illager Ruins

before the rise of the allays, many illagers that had taken over the overworld had seted up mines underground, they were used not only for mining but also as a place to live in and also a place to run experiments in. but now most of them were destroyed or abonent. altho there rere, you may inconter them from time to time wile exploring caves or miming. 

The Illager Bunker

 

 

this ancient structure by last surviving illagers from "The Trail Day". as of now we don't know what it was, or how it went, but during that day 99.9% of the overworld was "Forbitten". The bunker was made as the last hope, and the hope was that after hundrents of years there anserter will rise from it, and take back what was theres after the trails ended. they Succeeded. the bunker was aboundend and forgoten... well, not complytly. 
a singulare evoker chose to stay, he used unknown magic to make himself immortal, and stayed to meditate for the rest of eternity...




anyways stupid lore aside:
the illager bunker always spawns at 2000x, 0y, 2000z, and theres only one in per world.
inside it you will find the elder evoker. the fight with him is long and hard but possible. i'll let you figure out what is his drop and attacks, for the sake of not spoiling the fun :>






6 - Friendly Fire 

 

As distracted allays can accidentally attack the player, villagers or golems the friendly fire for them has been for disabled, you're welcome :>

 

Villagers are often helpless creatures, so now there is a 25% chance that when a villager is attacked it will spawn a Chest Allay nearby to protect himself, no more hitting Wandering Traders, unless you want an arrow in your forehead >:3

also all monster entitys attack allays. yup.
