Lots of bugfixes and some important changes

Bound sentry is now kept on respawn

Added reticle for controller targeting mote

Added the option for placed sentries to auto-bind to player

Enabled usage of /detachsentries for non-op players

Added remote menu if no sentry is bound

Added sentry coordinates to remote menu

Rebalanced sentry crafting recipes

Sentries now drop loot on death

Game no longer crashes if menu is open and sentry dies

Game no longer crashes in situations where the sentry moves when placed by a crate

Fixed menu from having a seizure when too far away from sentry

Fixed sentry not being able to shoot through carpet and snow layers
