Piggy Bank Economy & Craft Control
Adds 4 tiered coins (bronze/silver/gold/platinum) with a piggy bank block to store and exchange them, plus an admin command to disable specific crafting recipes. ( /craft)

- Trading Table: a new block for selling your items to other players — up to 5 items, price adjustable across the 4 coin tiers, shared storage, sales earnings kept separate from the bank, tabbed Buy/Sell/Money interface, owner's name colored by rank.
- The Bank and the Trading Table are now rotatable (like a furnace) when placed.
Fixes
- The bank balance could display as negative with large coin amounts — fixed.
- Expensive purchases could slow down the server — fixed.
- /feed, /crafting and /furnace could stay invisible for some players on servers with many mods installed — fixed.
- The portable crafting table didn't actually let you craft — fixed.
