Adds 4 tiered coins (bronze/silver/gold/platinum) with a piggy bank block to store and exchange them, plus an admin command to disable specific crafting recipes. ( /craft)

- 4 coin tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, with a fixed 100:1 exchange rate between each tier (including bulk conversion).
- The Bank: a pig-shaped block that stores each player's coins separately and persistently.
- Admin `/craft` command: search any item and disable its crafting recipe without removing players' ability to own the item, plus a panel to view every disabled recipe.
