Increases durability loss on elytra during rain and thunderstorm to balance it more
Description
A mod that makes it so durability loss on elytra is increased during rainy weather, and even more so in thunderstorms with an elevated risk of getting struck by lightning. This would encourage the players to set up alternate transport methods
