Disables the lightning sounds that plays globally and only plays the nearby ones
Description
A simple mod that disables the globally played lightning sound and only plays the ones that are less 128 blocks away. It can be useful ot prevent confusing players when an Apotheosis mob spawns but it spawned near another player in the other side of the world.
Only needs to be on the client.
