FIX: Render now follows the body when the player is sneaking

NEW: This mod is now CLIENT SIDE-ONLY. (is not needed on server.)
KNOWN BUGS: When the previous tool is no longer in the inventory, it keeps rendering it. (is not a big problem i guess since it will be reset after you change your tool).
