WANRING: This update might introduce changes that will break previous versions of the mod. To avoid any loss of items, please empty all your backpacks before updating. ALSO BACK UP YOUR SAVES (INCLUDING CONFIGS).

✨ Add new cosmetic, the Vintage backpack! This is now the default backpack. ✨ Add new augments

  • Farmhand: Harvesting a fully-grown crop replants a matching seed from the backpack
  • Seedflow: Sprinkles crop seeds from the backpack onto empty farmland around the player
  • Hopper Bridge: Allows hoppers to insert and extract items from the players worn backpack
  • Recall: Upon death, the backpack returns to the assigned Backpack Shelf

✨ Backpack contents can now be sorted (see button in right side panel, middle click to change modes)

✨ Backpacks can now be renamed directly from the inventory screen

✨ Backpack model will slightly bob and sway on the players back while walking.

✨ You can now directly place a Backpack item onto a Backpack Shelf

✨ The name of backpacks will now be displayed as a nameplate over shelved backpacks (when looking at them).

✨ New animation when a backpack is placed onto a Backpack Shelf

📦 Backpacks Shelves are now display only, the inventory of the backpack can no longer be accessed (A new block will be coming soon to restore this feature). Right clicking a backpack will now remove it from the shelf. If you look at the shelf (the model), it will open a GUI so you can transfer directly into backpack equipment slots or vice versa. Recalled backpacks (via the Recall augment) will be auto equipped to the player when removing from shelf.

📦 General improvements to some tooltips

📦 Rename command /unlockbackpack to /backpacked:unlock_backpack

📦 Add new commands:

  • /backpacked:force_recall - Forces Recall queues to be sent to Backpack Shelves. This will means unloaded chunks will be loaded.
  • /backpacked:flush_recall_queue - [Warning: may delete backpacks] Clears the Recall queue. Backpacks in the queue will be sent to directly to respective players if they are online. Undelivered backpacks will be deleted.

📦 Add kk-kz translation support (Credits: Nursultan Akim #256)

📦 Reforge augments now only targets items with Mending enchantment. This was the original intention.

📦 Improvements for backwards compatibility when updating from old beta versions. E.g. when locked slots were introduced, items in the locked slots were supopose to spawn into the world but they didn't. It should be resolved now.

📦 Performance improvements when rendering backpack GUI and all the different menus.
