✨ Major Visual & System Update

🎨 Enhanced Interface

• NPC portrait now displayed next to the dialogue box — dynamically follows your cursor
• New dynamic UI theme based on NPC rarity:
  • Legendary → Purple
  • Mythic → Orange
  • Divine → Red
• Configuration GUI now matches the NPC’s rarity theme for a more immersive experience

🌍 Full Bilingual Support

• Complete French / English localization across the entire mod
• Static rumors (rumors.json) are now fully bilingual
• Language can be configured via teleporter_config.json
• Rumor intros are now handled client-side, adapting automatically to each player's language
• Added new rumors_language setting ("fr" by default)

⚙️ Improved System Logic

• NPC rarity is now directly read from the item on placement
  → Changing the item rarity automatically updates the NPC
• Default NPC name is now fully configurable via language files
  (npc.teleporter_mage.default_name)

🧙 Expanded Dialogues

• Unique dialogues for Nether and End depending on mage rarity
• Added new immersive RP dialogues for the Apprentice Teleporter Mage
