All Gem Ores now drop small amounts of XP similar to Vanilla Gem Ores

All Gem Ores now provide increased drops when broken with the Fortune enchantment - should support higher than Vanilla Fortune levels, but hasn't been tested for it

Added new Demolish Enchantment; this enchantment will cause Metal Ores to drop Scrap metal instead of the Ores. Scrap metal can be smelted into the material's ingots. This can be combined with the Fortune enchantment. This enchantment supports Iron Ore and Gold Ore, and all Metal Ores within this mod, however it does not support any other modded Metal Ores.

Added new Curse of Waning Enchantment; this curse will cause any harvestable block broken to drop a Watrupee instead of its normal drop. Can be combined with Fortune. Has a small (~20%) chance of causing the block to explode.
