Autowork 0.3

This is a start of 0.3.X content versions. A lot of features will arrive :P

Minecart Refiller

and its buffered variation

Puts items into bypassing minecart, supports filtering with signs

Precise Observer

Emits signal only when specific block is front of it

Sculk Mover

A block capable of moving one block in front of itself closer. Can move some blocks piston can't

Fluids

Fluid Barrel

Holds 5 buckets of any fluid

Fluid Extractor

Extractor variant for fluid. Capable of moving fluid from behind to its front and of moving the fluid behind into storage in front

Spiller

Capable of spilling storage's fluid into world and also of making conversions using the fluid

Smelter

Uses lava to quickly smelt the block in front of it

Pump

When has fuel, will try to extract fluid from bottom all the way into fluid storage above. Then, when done, it'll emit redstone signal and stop working.

Some extra stuff

• More crushing recipes were added
• Buffer fixed
• Added basic Sable compat (Thus, crashes with fan/breeze collector on sublevels don't occur)
