Autowork 0.2.5

Drill changes

1. Drill has redstone output at the back now which indicates tool's damage/max damage ratio (0 - no damage, 15 - almost/or already broken)
2. Now there's a pickaxe indicator on top of the drill, which is active only when there's a tool in it
3. Now drill won't be activated when redstone signal is given to its front or back

Also turkish translation was fixed
