Autophobia is an anxiety disorder that brings extreme fear of being alone.
Autophobia adds the never ending expanse of the backrooms to your world. If you are not careful, you may trip and fall into it. Be careful around mobs or just taking damage in general because there is a slim but not 0 chance that you will end up in a place you wouldn't like.
This mod is in beta, may be buggy.

exploration is key if you want to find a way out. there are many rooms to go in and many things you may discover. look out for the floor as there might be a hint. however, this is not all that this mod has to offer. i will be updating it frequently but for now, please enjoy.
