Fixed: the water-seeking scanner could report "no open water found" even next to a large lake. It was picking the best-scoring water tile (usually one deep in the middle of the lake) before checking whether there was dry land nearby to stand on, so it failed when that tile had no shore within reach. It now only considers water tiles that actually have a reachable spot to stand on.
