Atum 2.2 - Shapers of the World
1.16.5
Major Features
New Worldgen System - With the update to 1.16 we've taken advantage of Minecraft's new worldgen systems to improve the terrain generation in Atum.
Biome Overhaul - Almost every biome generates differently with new variants. Some biomes like Oases have been massively changed.
Curios API Required - We now require Curios API to run Atum. This enables us to add new item slots and change how some artifacts function.
Massive Texture Overhaul - Most textures saw an improvement in some way with hundreds of them being updated.
Two New Gods - Nepthys and Osiris join the pantheon with their own artifacts and effects.
Villages - Villages can be found throughout Atum and are home to helpful villagers who will happily buy your relics and sell you a plethora of items.
New Armorset Models - Atem's Divinity and Ra's Radiance now both have unique models.
Nebu - Nebu is a new ore found throughout Atum. It is used to repair artifacts and craft new objects. Artifacts now have the Nebu material and strength and a strength on par with Netherite.
Pharaohs - The Pharaoh boss fight has been updated with new mechanics. The Pharaoh themself now has a unique model as well. The challenge has been raised substantially.
The Godforge - This legendary machine allows players to break down their artifacts into their fundamental Godshards. It is crafted from Nebu.
The Nebu Hammer and Godforged Blocks - Using Nebu and Godshards players can craft "Godforged Blocks" which can be broken with a Nebu Hammer to give a random artifact. If specific Godshards are used the pool is limited to just artifacts belonging to that god.
New Torches and Lanterns - A myriad of new colorful torches and lanterns have been added, created from Nebu.
Servals - These new cats populate Atum villages and can be tamed.
Quail - These little birds will run around in groups in various biomes.
Ruined Wall Sections - Ruined Walls and Gatehouses now link together and create ruined complexes for you to explore.
New Utility Blocks - Paths, Scaffolding, Signs, and more are added to improve general usage and building mechanics in Atum.
