Attack On Block

fixes:

-when titans fell down a block, they died. but now they only die if they fall more than 4-5 blocks. which is way better.

-the jaw titan spawned naturally, which it isn't supposed to do.

-when you regened a shift when your a titan shifter, it instantly maxed out in shifts, now it doesn't

changed:
-hallucegenia texture to look less vibrant.

-armored titan's mouth, hopefully, looks less weird now
