fish now control the enchantment table and for more live fish near it better atlantis based enchantments there are

7 new fish/atlantis based enchantment that can only be gotten by fish near an enchantment table

level 3 = 24 fish
level 2 = 16 fish
level 1 = 8 fish
vanilla enchanting = less  than 8

time to build aquariums :D

also I fixed the aquatic power torch item texture :D
