Additions:
+Astral Ectoplasm:
-Using an opened Astral Transmitter you can convert Ectoplasm into Astral Ectoplasm
-The Astral Transmitter is found within the Crystal Pool structure, which generates in the Setback. After defeating the Void Giant you get Pure Velka.
With the help of Velka you can open the Astral Transmitter.
-Converting Ectoplasm unlocks all Astral Ectoplasm related crafting recipes
-Can be used to craft Astral Apples, Velka's Purifier, and Astral Amulets

 

+Astral Apple:
-Can be crafted using 4 Astral Ectoplasm and an Apple
-Restores 14 hunger points and 20 saturation when eaten
-Eating the apple provides:
Absorption 4 for 4 minutes
Regeneration 3 for 4 minutes
Resistance 3 for 6 minutes
Haste for 8 minutes
Fire Resistance for 8 minutes

-Can be crafted using 2 Astral Ectoplasm and 2 Postrum Orbs
-Use this to deal 100 melee damage to a Void mob and harvest a Pure Void
Affected Void mobs: Instigator, Fatal Shroom, Fatal Menace, Void Menace, Void Golem, Void Worm
-Has a chance to spawn an Ender Dragon Statue that prevents Void mobs from spawning in a 300×300×300 block area

 

+Postrum Star Rod:
-Can be crafted using 2 Postrum Orbs and a Nanta Star
-This ranged weapon uses Dead Postrum blocks as ammo to shoot projectiles that inflict Weakness
-Similar to the Jailor's projectiles, this wand creates Spark Clouds too
-It has 389 durability and a 3.5 second cooldown

This weapon uses Dead Postrum blocks as ammo to shoot projectiles that give the target Weakness effect. Similar to the Jailor's projectiles, this wand creates Spark Clouds too.

With the help of the Astral Transmitter you managed to enchant Ectoplasm, impressive! The influence of souls is already strong within Ectoplasm. When they are connected to the Astral Plane, you'll be able to use them in new ways.

Astral Apple:
You'll never want to eat an Enchanted Golden Apple after this. What makes this fruit so strong? I know the answer, but it's forbidden.

 

Velka's Purifier:
Use this to deal 100 melee damage to a Void mob and harvest a Pure Void. There's also a chance of it spawning an Ender Dragon Statue that prevents Void mobs from spawning in a 300*300*300 block area.

 

Block of Rose Quartz
This pretty block can be found underground in every biome within the Astral dimension. It generates in different forms from Y level 25 to -43: spikes, large rings, and columns. Can drop up to 4 Rose Quartz when broken without Silk Touch.

Bouncy Boots
Makes you bounce when falling. The bigger the fall distance, the bigger the bounce, though it has a limit, and sneaking reduces the bounce. It can be repaired using Slimeballs.

 

Decay Charge
This can be used to craft Oog Fescues, attack mobs with a Totem of Decay, make Tormented Log/Wood by using it on an Astral Log/Wood, or brew Poison potions.

Membrane of Flight
This can be used to brew Flight potions with a Brewing Stand.

 

Rachor Teeth
An item that can only be obtained by killing Rachors. It can be used to craft a Void Necklace, a Rachor Trap, or Bone Meal.

Rachor Trap
A dangerous block that inflicts damage and slowness when collided with. It can be made invisible using a Faded Star.

 

Rose Quartz
An uncommon material that can only be found in the Astral dimension underground in the form of rose spikes, columns, and rings.

Rose Rod
Right-clicking with it applies Haste effect on the Player for a minute. Applies Mining Fatigue to the target for a minute upon hit. Can be used to give Resistance effect to Astral Golems for 5 minutes.

 

Shroom Plate
An item that can only be obtained by killing Fatal Menace mobs. It can be used to craft Rose Shields, which have more durability, and you get Resistance and Regeneration effects while blocking.

Void Necklace
Gives immunity against Void Magma and allows you to walk on Void Liquid, which is transformed into Void Magma in the process. It can be worn in the chestplate slot.

Carved White Pumpkin
This can be either equipped as a helmet or used to craft a Soul Jack'o Lantern. It is also required to create an Ender Dragon Statue that prevents Void mobs from spawning in a large area.

 

Dark Void Bulbs
With a Glint and Steel you can reignite their light.

 

Ectoplasm
Ectoplasm can be obtained by using a Void Eater on a Postrum block. You can use it to bake Astral Cakes, craft an Apocalyptic Bowl, feed Velka, or create an Ectoplasm Bridge with the Astral Amulet. It can be transformed into Astral Ectoplasm using the Astral Transmitter.

 

Elite Bubble Blower
A bubble blower so elite that you can shoot massive bubbles with it if you have Moonbubbles. It can be upgraded using a Lucid Upgrade and a Lucid Ingot.

 

Ginger Roots
Ginger roots grow below the surface atop of Harsh Soil. It is a key ingredient for a healthy Carrot Ginger Soup and Astral Cookies.

 

Glint and Steel
This tool is capable of generating such intense heat that it could erase a body within seconds. It can be used to access the Astral dimension. You can also use it to light Dark Void Bulbs within the Setback dimension.

 

Gloomy Obsidian
An Obsidian infused with Void magic. It grants passage into the Setback, a very dark and hostile dimension.

 

Harsh Soil
This soil forms deep beneath the surface of the Astral dimension. It supports select plant life, such as Ginger Roots when placed upon it.

 

Lucid Bell
Agitates nearby Bovelins in the Setback when rung, causing them to turn on each other, and attack any other mobs nearby.

 

Lucid Stone
A sacred stone that was blessed with the hope that its bearer might one day rise against the Void Visage. It is stronger than Netherite, and it is well hidden in the Setback. It carries the dreams of those lost to the Void.

 

Magma Feather
This can be obtained by shearing a Fiery Hummingbird. It can be used to craft a Membrane of Flight.

 

Magma Puffball
This volatile mushroom ignites when using Flint and Steel, erupting in a fiery explosion that unleashes lava. It can be found underground on top of Harsh Soil. A single Magma Puffball is essential to craft a Scorcher.

 

Meatball
A meatball dropped by a Meat Slime. Restores 3 hunger points and 0.4 saturation when consumed.

 

Nanta Star
A Nanta Star is a special Faded Star that has been fused with 4 Nanta Pearls. You can use this to access the Setback dimension or to craft a Postrum Star Rod.

 

Postrum Scales
Postrum Scales are obtainable by killing Scourges and Smash Beetles, or by depleting Postrum Cells. Crafting a Void Eater requires 2 Postrum Scales and 2 Void Fangs. It is also a key component in crafting an Apocalyptic Bowl.

 

Pure Velka
A relic, once brimming with countless spirits, now holds only one. Too many were consumed in its name, all to bring one back. And now it's trapped once again. It can be used to open the Astral Transmitter.

 

Pyrite
This block is very common in the Pyrite Lunar Fields. You can use it for building or to make Pyrite Coins, which can open a Pyrite Treasury found in the Setback within Postrum Temples.

 

Pyrite Claw
Functions as a pickaxe, with stats similar to a Diamond Pickaxe. Breaking blocks while carrying Pyrite Clusters consumes one cluster at a time, granting 5 XP per cluster.

 

Pyrite Coin
Within Postrum Temples you can find a Pyrite Treasury that can be opened using 64 Pyrite Coins.

 

Pyrite Heart
Hold this heart in your off-hand while wielding an Astral Amulet, and you'll be granted Instant Health. It can only be obtained from a Pyrite Treasury.

 

Pyrite Potato
A Pyrite Potato can be crafted using 2 Pyrite Clusters and a Potato. Eating it gives you Night Vision and Mining Fatigue, and also removes the Hunger effect.

 

Ronion
A tiny vegetable known as the Ronion, found sprouting from its stem in Lunar Spike biomes. Break the stem to harvest it. It restores 1 hunger point and 0.2 saturation, and it can be consumed in the blink of an eye.

 

Solar Membrane
A membrane dropped by a Solar Hornet. This is required to craft a Membrane of Flight, which can be used to brew Flight potions that grant you the ability to fly.

 

Supreme Altar
This altar is reminiscent of the Astral Altar. Bring the altar along with a Sun Pillar to the Setback, and then locate the Crystal Pool, which is the tower that sources the corruption in the lower reaches. Be sure to bring your best gear.

 

Supreme Bubble Blower
This powerful item uses Moonbubbles as ammo to shoot projectiles, which can break most blocks, excluding tough ones like Obsidian and Bedrock. It can be found naturally in Harsh Ice Keeps.

 

Totem of Decay
This is a rare item that can be found in Red Sandstone Towers. You can poison and slow down mobs in an 8-block cube radius by right-clicking on the totem if you have Decay Charges in your inventory.

 

Velka
A relic that is capable of carrying souls across realms. It looks to be full. You've been loyal. Why falter now? Obey. It has enough souls to toy with you and then crush you.

 

Void Crystal
A crystal created by Slurkers to aid the Void Visage. Once used to corrupt the Astral dimension, especially its lower reaches. Now holds the power, in the right hands, to undo the Void Liquid.

 

Void Darkness
These blocks of pure darkness form the foundation of the Dark Hives within the Setback. When stepped on, they briefly reveal glowing footprints. It can be used to craft Glimmering Darkness.

 

Void Mycelium
I see you are tampering with the Void, a remarkable feat. Most beings that interacted with it have perished. Place a torch or lantern on it, and the mycelium may shatter it.
