Curse Maven does not yet support mods that have disabled 3rd party sharing

- wheels now rotate independently

- slightly thicker wheels

- carts now always tick after every other entity, this smooths things out a lot and prevents stuttering when carts are allowed to pull other carts

- plow can now be configured to replace blocks depending on which item is in its inventory

- new item sprites

- fixed 1 rare case in which the cart wasn't reattached properly

This is a Beta release. Most things were rewritten and slightly improved. Please do not use this version in any larger modpacks yet.

The final release will have adjusted cart textures to match the new vanilla boat and more configuration options.
